When placing an order for a checking account that we do not have on file,
we ensure the security of the checking account holder. This is accomplished
by providing Cookie Lee Biz Tools with either a voided check and deposit
slip from the account for which you are ordering, or providing Date of Birth,
Social Security number, and Driver's License, which allow us to perform
a validation of your identity. This information is only used by Cookie
Lee Biz Tools and is not stored as part of your customer record.
